- Pre-employment Background Checks
- Two positive references
- Clean criminal background checks, including fingerprinting (DOJ and FBI)
- Drug-free environment
- TB screening
- Abuse reporting
- Home Safety & Infection Control Training
- Registration on the Home Care Aide Registry Website
Our responsibility
- Withhold state taxes
- Withhold federal payroll taxes
- Withhold and match Social Security taxes
- Paid sick leave
- Provide yearly W-2 forms
- All employees are bonded and insured

We guide clients and family members throughout the entire process of home care starting with free assessments, home safety checks and then carefully matching their needs to the caregiver’s skills.
Our caregivers are First Aid and CPR certified and receive annual training to ensure the quality of care they provide to our clients.
