QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1 year experience in caregiving for the elderly, disabled or in-firmed.
• Registered with the Department of Social Services (if available).
• Must pass background check.
• Must have a safe and reliable means of transportation with license and insurance.
• Ability to read, speak and write in English. Bi/multi-lingual is a plus.

INITIAL REQUIREMENTS:

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AFTER INITIAL SCREENING & BEFORE TAKING AN ASSIGNMENT:

• Social Security Card
• COVID-19 Vaccine Card or Declination Form
• Fingerprinting or LiveScan for background check
• Home Care Aide Registration (assistance will be provided if not yet registered)

ORIENTATION & TRAINING:

All new hires are required to attend a 2-hour orientation, 3-hour home care aide training, and 1-hour sexual harassment prevention training prior to taking an assignment.
